01 — Our kitchen

Cooking that changes with the season.

We write the menu around what’s good right now — produce from growers we know, fish landed on the south coast, bread baked here each morning. A short list of plates made to share, with a cellar of low-intervention wine to match.

We cook what the morning market gives us — so the menu is never quite the same twice, and every table eats the season at its peak.
