We write the menu around what’s good right now — produce from growers we know, fish landed on the south coast, bread baked here each morning. A short list of plates made to share, with a cellar of low-intervention wine to match.

Forty covers, an open pass and a marble bar made for lingering over a glass. Big tables for friends, a couple of stools for walk-ins.
