Once a season we hand the menu over to the people who actually grow it. The farmers and growers we work with bring whatever is at its peak that week, and the kitchen builds one long, shared lunch around it.
It is loud, generous and a little chaotic — exactly how a harvest table should be. Come hungry and leave knowing where your dinner comes from.
